 Compliance Audits

Last Updated: October 15, 2018

‚ÄčThe Environmental Health Engineering Division (EHED) can perform audits to evaluate compliance with Federal, state and local air quality requirements. These audits may be necessary annually to certify compliance with a Title V permit. Our audits not only evaluate the immediate compliance status, they propose long-term solutions if a noncompliance situation exist. Some of the services we offer include: compliance checklists that boil down all the jargon in the permit to a manageable outline; magnetic placards for emission sources that tell the source operator about the specific requirements under the permit; and shop level worker training to educate staff about the recordkeeping and reporting requirements associated with their equipment.
