Contract Development and Management
We develop and manage laboratory contracts (i.e., Analytical Services; Consumable Supplies; Equipment Maintenance/Services and Management Services). Contracts are established in direct support of projects and for Laboratory operational sustainment.

Laboratory Data Management
To manage the receipt, processing, review and distribution of contractor data generated IAW APHC-IPH contracted terms. To consolidate, prepare and submit laboratory project files containing analytical data to the national archives via the Army Records Information Management Systems (ARIMS).
Laboratory Automation Office
Operates and manages the Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) to manage and maintain the laboratory databases in a manner that ensures automated data flow from sample log in to report generation.
Financial Management
Manage and perform the financial activities associated with funds and budget management for the laboratory. Provide laboratory price and billing guidance. Prepare and submit to customer invoices for laboratory services provided. Prepare budget estimates, conduct financial analysis, provide management guidance and track budget execution.
