Quotas are limited to qualified Installation level IH users. Please log in to https://learn.atis.army.mil/education/?tenant=aiphdohs with your CAC to view available courses. Instructor-Enrollment for this course will take place at this site. Follow instructionsfor enrollment below. This is a rigorous 65 hours of intense training with homework and hands on practicums. Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this course are online and self-paced. Phase 1 is distance learning and Phase 2 has virtual instructor-assisted MS TEAMS touchpoints with over the shoulder private mentoring. During the course, 10 hours of hands-off "shadowing" another office member while they use DOEHRS is recommended to improve the Phase 2 experience and provide learners a 75hr certificate. NOTE: Staff may not have IH user roles in any part (production or demo) of the IH system of record without first taking the mandatory training. All three service components require training, and all services are training virtually. New IH users should not apply for any BCS, DEMO, or Production accounts until fully trained. The onus for learners completing the course in a timely manner so that they can begin their IH duties is on supervisors and/or observers. Since the course is self-paced, learners must stay cognizant of ATIS Educate and DOEHRS-IH DEMO scheduled downtimes/maintenance. Learners must first visit https://learn.atis.army.mil/education/?tenant=aiphdohs with and enter with CAC. This initiates a student ID in the system. Learners cannot be enrolled without this step. Supervisor or learner should emaila request to paula.c.steven.civ@health.mil Attesting that the learner has visited the Bb site. Requestor’s supervisor and the Industrial Hygiene Program Manager of the IHPO should be cc’d. Include requestor’s position title. Include the specific IHPO that data capture will occur. Include the rationale for requiring user role in the official DoD System of Record
